Creating Localised Visual Styles for Casino Games

We adapt casino game visuals to reflect the culture, geography, and visual language of each local market. By aligning design with players’ regional context, we create experiences that feel familiar, authentic, and engaging.

Branding

The “Kingdom of Croatia” logo was designed as a premium, cinematic emblem inspired by historical Croatian motifs, medieval craftsmanship, and traditional ornamental patterns. The visual identity blends gold metallic forms with intricate linework, evoking royal insignias and ancient heraldry, while maintaining a modern, high-fidelity look suited for a contemporary digital gaming environment.

From Sketches to digital illustration

The project began with hand-drawn sketches inspired by early Croatian inscriptions and ornamental stone carvings. These initial pencil concepts were then carefully refined and transformed into fully rendered digital illustrations, preserving the authentic historical character while achieving a polished, production-ready finish.

Illustrated Icon Set

Each in-game icon was crafted as a bespoke digital illustration inspired by traditional Croatian symbols, medieval heraldry, and regional craftsmanship. From royal insignias and shield motifs to ancient inscriptions and ornamental patterns, every element was first sketched by hand and then meticulously rendered to achieve a polished, historically rooted visual style.

Explored multiple logo variations to balance historical Croatian symbolism with a modern, high-impact visual style suited for gaming environments.
